День ивент-организатора 2026
Ставший важной традицией для ивент-индустрии, этот праздник служит принципам творческого единства, командного развития и ставит своей задачей повышение профессионализма в сфере организационных услуг в орбите взаимодействия креативных индустрий.
В этом году праздник вновь состоится и объединит многочисленные ивент-компании, артистов, музыкантов, танцоров и других участников рынка. Запланирован телемост с коллегами из города Павлодара, возможны подключения из других регионов.
День ивент-организатора 2026 состоится 20 мая в г. Астана. Организационным штабом проекта выступают инициаторы праздника прошлого года.
И немного предыстории.
Праздник учреждён несколькими ивент-компаниями столицы и, разумеется, официальным в государственном календаре не является. Представители ивент-индустрии проводят свой профессиональный праздник символично — в преддверии Дня работника культуры Республики Казахстан, который ежегодно отмечается 22 мая. День ивент-организатора проводится 20 мая.
Это не маркетинговый ход с целью создания инфоповода, а практическая возможность организовать встречу артистов, организаторов, режиссёров и других представителей индустрии для обмена мнениями и опытом перед началом ежегодного свадебного сезона. День ивент-организатора — это также диалоговая площадка, на которой зарождаются новые знакомства, партнёрские отношения и творческие коллаборации.
Пилотный проект Дня ивент-организатора состоялся 20 мая 2025 года в Астане. В рамках сценария был установлен рекорд по проведению самого массового обряда «беташар» в Средней Азии. Рекорд зафиксирован комиссией Книги рекордов «КинэС». Автор рекорда — ивент-компания «The Royal Event».
В праздновании приняли участие многочисленные компании по организации детских мероприятий, декор-компании, кондитерская «Некрасовские рецепты» и другие представители индустрии. Выставочное пространство живописно расположилось на зелёной лужайке Дворца приёмов «Салтанат Сарайы».
Праздничная концертная часть прошла в летнем банкетном зале, где на специально оборудованной сцене состоялся концерт с участием творческого сообщества «Talab». Ведущие представили двухчасовой юмористический блок с выступлениями новых артистов сезона: трио «Адай», эстрадного проекта «Let’s Goga» и других.
Специальный сценарий шоу-программы был разработан ивент-менеджерами компании «The Wedday». Общую координацию события осуществляли crowd-менеджеры компании Cheeses Event и свадебное агентство SeZiM.
В кульминации вечера организаторы передали символ праздника — деревянный «асық» — коллегам из Алматы в качестве эстафеты празднования.
Праздник собрал более 400 гостей — профильных специалистов индустрии столицы, около 60 партнёров и 150 клиентов — женихов и невест свадебного сезона 2025 года. Событие объединило несколько компаний-организаторов, которые на личном примере продемонстрировали важность коллегиальности вне конкурентной борьбы.
В программе было задействовано около 50 артистов, технических специалистов и внушительная медиа-команда профессиональных фотографов и мобилографов.

On May 28, as part of the annual Event Organizer’s Day celebration, the Dancehub.kz portal launched an initiative to recognize performers from the capital whose profiles attracted significant interest from internet users. The winners were determined based on profile traffic, search query statistics, and visit frequency according to search engine analytics data. In the “Guest Reception” category, the award was presented to “Pal Palych & Co.”, while Bakhtiyar Aryngazin was recognized for having the Best Host Profile. Other award categories included “Best Photographer,” won by Maksim Zhusupov; “Best Musical Group,” awarded to UMAY Band; and “Best Dance Ensemble,” won by Art International. In addition, a special category featuring choreographer-directors was introduced for the first time, with Sadykova Anvara Aripovna taking the top honor.
