Privacy Policy
1. General Provisions
This personal data processing policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V «On Personal Data and Their Protection» and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of the company ИП "Хамитжанова" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
The Operator considers compliance with the rights and freedoms of a person and citizen when processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy and personal and family secrets, to be its most important goal and condition of its activities.
This Operator's policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://dancehub.kz.
2. Basic Concepts Used in the Policy
Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data using computer technology;
Blocking of personal data - temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
Website - a collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network address https://dancehub.kz;
Personal data information system - a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing;
Anonymization of personal data - actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine, without using additional information, the ownership of personal data by a specific User or another personal data subject;
Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
Operator - a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual who independently or jointly with other persons organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, and actions (operations) performed with personal data;
Personal data - any information directly or indirectly relating to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://dancehub.kz;
User - any visitor to the website https://dancehub.kz;
Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
Distribution of personal data - any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including publication of personal data in the mass media, placement in information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;
Cross-border transfer of personal data - transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a government body of a foreign state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;
Destruction of personal data - any actions as a result of which personal data are irreversibly destroyed with no possibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or as a result of which physical media containing personal data are destroyed.
3. The Operator May Process the Following Personal Data of the User
- Surname, first name, patronymic;
- Email address;
- Telephone numbers;
- The website also collects and processes anonymized visitor data (including «cookie» files) using web analytics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and others).
The above-mentioned data are hereinafter collectively referred to in the Policy as Personal Data.
4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending emails.
The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User may always refuse to receive informational messages by sending the Operator an email to info@dancehub.kz with the subject «Refusal of notifications about new products and services and special offers».
Anonymized User data collected using web analytics services are used to collect information about User actions on the website and to improve the quality of the website and its content.
5. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
The Operator processes the User's personal data only if the User fills in and/or submits them independently through special forms located on the website https://dancehub.kz. By filling in the relevant forms and/or submitting their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.
The Operator processes anonymized User data if this is permitted in the User's browser settings (saving «cookie» files and using JavaScript technology are enabled).
6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer and Other Types of Processing of Personal Data
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.
The Operator ensures the security of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable legislation.
If inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User may update them independently by sending the Operator a notification to the Operator's email address info@dancehub.kz with the subject «Updating personal data».
The period for processing personal data is unlimited. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending the Operator a notification by email to the Operator's email address info@dancehub.kz with the subject «Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data».
7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
Before beginning a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data are intended to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out if there is written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
8. Final Provisions
The User may obtain any clarification on matters concerning the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator by email at info@dancehub.kz.
This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The Policy remains in effect indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
