Setup and Technical Support

The team arrives at the venue two to three hours before the event and before guests arrive. During this time, props are installed, activity zones are prepared and the technical readiness of the program is checked.

An event for up to 100 people usually requires around 4 kW of electrical capacity. For 200–250 participants, approximately 8 kW is recommended. If an LED screen and stage are also required, setup may take place overnight or one day before the event, depending on the venue and technical conditions.
