Teams and Team Leaders

The optimal team size is 10–12 participants. Each team is assigned a dedicated team leader, so the total number of leaders depends on the size of the group. Team leaders guide participants, explain each challenge and help maintain the pace of the program.

On-site work takes about two hours, with approximately two additional hours needed for preparation. The entire program can follow a chosen theme—for example, adapting activities, decor and mechanics to Pirates of the Caribbean. Classic and Squid Game formats are usually offered at a fixed rate.
